If you don't have health insurance, you can still receive a free flu or COVID shot.
· Conley’s Pharmacy will administer both flu and COVID-19 vaccines on-site.
· Pre-registration for your vaccine is recommended but not required.

Consult with the Mass General Community Health Team to learn how to get a Primary Care Doctor, explore health insurance options, and make informed decisions about a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, they can provide assistance with concerns related to food, housing, and various other social needs.
