· Conley’s Pharmacy will administer both flu and COVID-19 vaccines on-site.

A warm meal will be provided to anyone who comes to the clinic. Our chef will be cooking up a delicious free meal!

Talk with one of our nurses about a healthy lifestyle and exercise.

Get your vision checked.
If you do not have vision insurance, we can help get you set up with a sponsorship at a local eye doctor for a comprehensive eye exam + glasses if needed.

We have basic health supplies available for those who need it.
Soap, feminine hygiene products, first aid kits and toothbruthes.

A hairdresser will be giving haircuts to anyone who needs them! (Limited number available.)

New moms can talk with a breastfeeding consultant or Nurse Midwife who can assist new moms with breastfeeding, connect them with local support groups and provide postpartum support.

Speak with a patient care access navigator who can assist with enrollment in MassHealth or Health connector or answer health insurance questions.
